How to Make Custom Patches
The benefit to an embroidered patch is that you can simply cut that patch off of the garment and re-sew it onto a new garment. So instead of paying an average of $4-6 to have the embroidery done again on a new shirt, you simply just need to pay $. 50 to have the patch re-sewn onto a new garment.
Also it allows for greater coverage without the extra stitching. It gives a very clean and professional look. For anyone looking to make their own but have never done it before. I have found this video that explains it very nicely. We have been making them here in our shop for a number of years and you should look into adding into yours.
